Bonjour tout le monde!
I was born and raised in Québec, Canada and my family followed many French food traditions passed down from our ancestors.
French Canadian cuisine is known for its hearty and comforting dishes, such as tourtière (meat pie), poutine (fries with cheese curds and gravy), and pea soup with ham.
As a child, one of my fondest memories was eating fondue with my family. This French meal was always accompanied by lively conversations and laughter. It was a special moment that brought everyone together and created cherished memories that I will always hold dear.
Fondue is a beloved tradition in our household that we look forward to every year, especially on Christmas Eve. We've savored a diverse range of fondues, spanning from cheese and Bourguignonne to Chinese (broth-based) and chocolate.
I chose to share my fondue products and recipes with you, fellow fondue lovers, because I wanted to rekindle fond memories and share this wonderful dining and entertaining experience.
